1、 输送带冷、热硫化接头

COLD AND HOT VULCANIZATION JOINTS FOR CONVEYOR BELTS

通过不同的工况，不同输送带的特点，采用冷硫化或者是热硫化接头。严格控制剥头、填胶、加压、升温、硫化等每个环节的质量，确保接头的粘接力达到原带的水平。产品质量过硬的同时，也要有专业的团队，严谨的施工才能保证每次的完美粘接。公司不仅承接硫化过程的服务，更有能力承接整体输送带的铺设任务。

2、 输送带修补、翻新

REPAIR AND REFURBISHMENT OF CONVEYOR BELTS

针对输送带运行过程中在所难免的撕裂、砸伤、磨损等情况，公司的专业产品及服务团队能够轻松应对。

对于纵向撕裂，我们应用T2修补+修补条修补或者聚酯热熔两种方式

For longitudinal tears, we use two methods: T2 repair+repair strip repair or polyester hot melt repair

滚筒打滑导致皮带面磨损或裙边摩擦部位的磨损，我们采用喷涂翻修方式

The slipping of the drum causes wear on the belt surface or the friction area of the skirt edge, and we adopt a spray repair method

3、 滚筒包胶

DRUM ENCAPSULATION

滚筒包胶现场在线施工时可选冷硫化橡胶包胶、陶瓷橡胶包胶、聚氨酯包胶。除此之外，公司可以承接滚筒的返厂维修并进行热硫化包胶。

During the online construction of drum packaging, options include cold vulcanized rubber packaging, ceramic rubber packaging, and polyurethane packaging. In addition, the company can undertake the return maintenance of the drum and carry out hot vulcanization coating.
