托辊-密封件ROLLER SEAL ARRANGEMENT

密封件由内外两件组成非接触式迷宫密封,防尘防水性能好,旋转阻力低，内外密封件的材质同为PA/ABS。迷宫中充入优质锂基润滑脂。

Selects labyrinth sealing arrangement whichconsists of two non-contact seals (inner seal and outer seal)and is waterproof with low rotation drag.All seals are made from PA/ABS, uses top lithium-based grease to fill seals.

托辊-轴承座ROLLER-HOUSING

轴承座采用进口SPCC优质冷轧带钢经多次冲压成型,厚度均匀,表面质量好,强度高;尺寸精度高,一致性好。轴承座内径直接冲压到轴承配合尺寸及表面粗糙度,与管配合尺寸经专用机床车削加工到设计值。轴承座表面进行脱脂、磷化处理,以增强漆膜附着力。

Housing is completed through sequential punching on imported superior steel sheet (SPCC).Finished housing features even thickness,good surface, precise measurement and consistency.Inner radius of housing completed is in conformity with designed value and roughness requirec by bearing and Lube.The surface of housing is phosphated and degreased to improvecohesion of painting film.

托辊-轴承ROLLER-BEARING

轴承采用双侧密封的深沟球轴承,游隙选用4(JIS C3)级,内部空间的1/2~2/3加入长效锂基润滑脂,确保轴承的有效使用寿命。

Roller bearing uses double seal (zz) deep groove ball bearing with C3 clearance.Volume of lithium based grease filled inside ranges from 1/2 to 2/3,which secures the long service life.(Note:in view of visibility,the bearing on right graph is omitted.)

托辊-管ROLLER-TUBE

管材选用行业知名厂家生产的托辊专用钢管,并特殊要求其进行清除内毛刺的处理，以保证托辊具有良好的动平衡和静平衡性能。

Customized roller tubes are purchased from famous    manufacturers.The tubes for roller must be those with excellent dynamic & static balance and free from inner burs.

托辊-轴ROLLER-SHAFT

公司不仅对尺寸公差和表面质量提出特殊要求,其余的参数指标也要求不低于国家推荐标准GB/T 3078-94。冷拉圆钢制成的光拉轴,具有良好的抗腐蚀性能和刚度,整体硬度得到了提高,有效地延长了托辊的使用寿命。

Has strict control over toierance of shaft dimension and surface quality. The other technical indicator should be no less competitive than that of GB/T 3078-94.Uses cold-drawn bright round steel， which is superior in corrosion resistance and stiffness.The service life can be well secured and prolonged.

防水密封结构托辊特点介绍

THE FEATURE INTRODUCTION OF ROLLER WITHWATERPROOFSEALS STRUCTURE

防水密封结构系列托辊在不失原有性能的基础上,优化托辊密封结构，防止油脂外溢，有效降低水（淋水、浸水)及粉尘(环境微粉、管体内部污物）对轴承的损害,进一步提高托辊防尘、防水性能。

密封结构特点:

1、内密封有效防止钢管内粉末、粉尘进入轴承,降低轴承的磨损。

2、轴用密封件和孔用密封件组成非接触式迷宫密封,迷宫中充入锂基润滑脂，旋转阻力低,内外密封同为轻质材质。具高机械强度和刚性;最高的疲劳强度;环境抵抗性、耐有机溶剂性能好;耐反复冲击性强;复原性良好;具自润滑性、耐磨性良好:尺寸安定性优。

3、外端面密封采用专用密封橡胶,耐油性极好，耐磨性较高，耐热性较好,粘接力强。配合轴用端盖的应用,托辊在恶劣的工况下具有良好防尘防水性能。

在优化密封性的同时，应用新结构轴承座，使得该系列托辊具有更大的承载能力，并扩大产品的规格范围,最大辊径∅219mm，最大轴径∅70mm，最大辊长2500mm，使用寿命在50000小时以上,满足市场需求。

Waterprool seals structure roller series optimize seals stucture base on the original performance,which prevent grease spilling,effectively reduce the damage of the bearing caused by water (water spray, watetimmersion) and dust (environmental powder, tube intemal dirt),further improve waterproof and dustprootperformance of the roller.

Seal structure features:

lnner seal effectively prevents powder and dust of the steel tube inside entering into the bearing, reducesbearing wear.

Non-contact labyrinth seal is consisted of seal for shaft and seal for hole,inner and outer seal are both lightweight material, the lithium-based grease is filled into labyrinth sealing arangement with low rotation drag.'The features are high mechanical strength and rigidity; highest fatigue strength;good performance ofenvironmental resistance,organic solvents resistance; strong resistance to repeated impac, excellentresilience,self-lubrication, abrasion resistance and dimensional stability.

Outer end face seal takes special seal rubber,superb oil resistance,high wear resistance,good heatresistance and strong adhesiveness: Complexing the outer cover for shaft,i t greatly improves waterproof anddustproof performance of the roller in harsh working condition.
